As a memorial to our former Councilor and good friend, Mark Obama Ndesandjo, on behalf of the Foundation, donated a Piano+1 system to the Panyu Orphanage Guangzhou, the city he lived in for many years. The Panyu District Social Welfare Institute of Guangzhou in Guangdong  is an orphanage and old age centre that serves over 200 mostly disabled children. Although it receives government support, it relies much on private donations. “Our previous piano was old, and we were so grateful to receive this instrument.” Said Mrs Wang, an arts teacher. “ We are very grateful to Mr. Mark Obama for making this donation to help needy children, we hope to do many events and lessons in the future with the piano.” said the Welfare Institute Director. We are thrilled that David’s spirit will resonate in the music and art for those that need it most.”, said Mark, the Chairman of the Foundation
